How it works
The invoice your international clients can actually pay.
Three steps, start to paid. No app for your client to install, no bank details typed into an email — just a link that works the way their country actually pays.
Start to paid
Nothing technical, on either end.
01
Create the invoice
Add your client, the line items, and the amount. Pick the currency and the language your client reads — both live on this one invoice, not a global setting.
Line items, discount, tax, currency, language, due date — set once, per invoice.
02
Send one link
Sending generates a single tokenized link and, if you want, an email. Your client needs no account and no app — the link is the whole experience.
You’ll know the moment it’s opened, before they’ve paid a thing.
03
Get paid, their way
Your client pays by card or the bank transfer their country actually uses — cash and check are on the table too. Same link, their choice.
A receipt goes to them, a notification comes to you. Nothing to check manually.
However they pay
One link. Whatever works on their end.
A client who can’t or won’t pay by card doesn’t need a separate process — the same invoice offers the method that actually works for them.
Card
Runs on Stripe Checkout. Familiar, fast, and the right default for a client who’d rather not think about it.
Bank transfer
The exact fields their bank needs for their country — IBAN and SWIFT for a European wire, a CLABE for Mexico, a sort code for the UK, a routing number for a US transfer — shown right on the invoice, not negotiated over email.
Cash
For the client who’s paying you in person or through a courier — recorded against the same invoice, same status tracking.
Check
Still how some businesses pay. Offered without making it the only option, or an awkward one.
What your client sees
A payment page that looks like your business, not ours.
In their language
The page, the PDF, and the emails render in the client’s language — five are supported today — without you doing any translation.
Branded as yours
Your logo and color, not ours. A client who’s never heard of SimplePayment sees your business — because that’s who they’re paying.
Frozen once sent
The payment instructions a client sees are locked in at send time. Nothing changes under them after the fact — a small detail that matters enormously when it’s money.
However your client pays, you always know where it stands.
Send the first one and see for yourself.
