No percentage taken from your payments.
Your SimplePayment plan covers the software. We don't add a percentage, commission, or processing markup to the payments you collect. Fees charged by Stripe, your bank, or other payment providers still apply directly through those providers.
The Free plan has no monthly or yearly subscription charge — and like every plan, it takes no percentage of payments collected either.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free Forever never asks for one, and the 14-day trial on Solo or Team doesn’t either.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method any time from your billing settings.
What if my team needs more than 5 seats?
Team tops out at 5 seats today. If you need more, contact us directly and we’ll work it out with you.
Is my payment information safe?
Card payments run on Stripe, and your data is encrypted and kept separate from every other business on SimplePayment. How we keep it secure
Does SimplePayment charge transaction fees?
SimplePayment doesn’t charge a percentage of your invoices or add a processing markup. You only pay for your selected subscription plan, or nothing on the Free plan. Stripe, your bank, and other payment providers may charge their own standard fees directly through your account.
