SimplePayment is deliberately focused. Here’s what it doesn’t do.
Not included
- Accounting or bookkeeping — SimplePayment isn’t a replacement for accounting software. It doesn’t do general ledgers, a chart of accounts, or tax filing.
- Bank-feed integration — SimplePayment doesn’t connect directly to your bank account or automatically reconcile transactions. See Understanding payment fees.
- Two-factor authentication — not currently available. See Password and login security.
- Security certifications — SimplePayment doesn’t hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS certification. See How SimplePayment keeps your data separate from other accounts.
- Phone or live chat support — support is by email only. See Contacting support.
Important behavior and limitations
