Seat limits by plan
- Free and Solo — 1 user: the Owner only.
- Team — up to 5 users.
What happens at the limit
If you try to invite or reactivate a teammate beyond your seat limit, SimplePayment blocks the action and prompts you to upgrade.
Important behavior and limitations
- Seats are checked when you send an invite, when someone accepts it, and when you reactivate a previously removed teammate.
