Removing or suspending a team member

Remove or suspend a teammate to revoke their access immediately.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Team.
2. Find the teammate and select Remove (or Suspend).
3. Confirm.

What happens next

Their access is revoked immediately — any active sessions they have are signed out. Removing them also frees up a seat on your plan.

Important behavior and limitations

• Only the Owner can remove or manage an Admin; Admins can remove User-level teammates.
• Removing a teammate doesn’t delete the invoices or clients they created — that history stays with your account.
• Team changes like this are recorded in your account’s activity log.
